At WOLSOK , we ensure that every customer undergoes a stress-free purchase. Therefore, We have formed a friendly policy for our significant customers. Please read the following terms & conditions before making a purchase. 

Exchange Policy 

• If customer has any size issue with the product or wants a different product in place of the received one then Customer needs to mail us  at  Support@wolsok.in or via whatsapp +91 7300441185 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags intact. 

• Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved for unused/unwashed/new condition with all tags in place, we dispatch the requested new product/size to you within 7-10 working days. 

• Exchanges will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained. 

• There may be certain cases when the requested product may not be available in stock. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount. 

• 10% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect it to be counted as defect in the product. 

 Cancellation policy 

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note . 

 Return  and  Refund  Policy 

• WOLSOK does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer an exchange option for purchased items as mentioned above. 

• Refund for any item will be in terms of credit note/ store credits only. 

• The Credit note is valid for  a period of 8 months from the date of issue . 

• Claims for refunds or replacements will not be entertained without a full, unedited unboxing video.
